shredding header

The CTCDC has teamed up with Rep. Steve McCarter and Sen. LeAnna M. Washington to hold a shredding event on August 25th at Cheltenham High School. With identity theft a constant concern, this is a great opportunity to safely destroy all those papers and documents in your home that might otherwise leave your information exposed.

Bring personal financial documents that are no longer needed, and any other papers with confidential information, such as account numbers and signatures to be destroyed on site. There is no need to remove staples or paper clips, but binder clips must be removed before shredding. Boxes, bags and containers will not be collected. The shredding event is scheduled to conclude at 5 p.m., unless the truck becomes full before our end time.
